Everyone needs to sleep regardless of your wish. The bed sheets may not be the only partners of people in bed. Those who have pets in the house sometimes let their dogs or cats stay on their bed. Get a sponge or a clean cloth and dampen it with water. Use the sponge or clean cloth to lightly rub the portion of the sheets with hairs in circular movement. You will see the hairs on cotton sheets come off and stick onto the sponge or cloth. Check the sponge or cloth every now and then and remove the hairs you collected.
There are cases whereby you are not able to remove the hairs by simply using the damp sponge and cloth. There are other alternative methods and one of which is the use of latex balloon. You can rub the latex balloon on the area of the sheet that has hairs and static will eventually pick up the hairs.
The use of lint roller is also an effective way to remove hairs which are hard to get rid of. You need to push the lint roller on the surface of the sheet and hairs will stick to the roller. You can get lint rollers that are specially-made for the purpose of picking up hairs of pets if you are trying to take out pet hairs. If you own a vacuum cleaner that comes with brush attachment, you may use it in taking hairs off the cotton sheets.
