Solar energy is there for the taking. The sun´s energy is inexhaustible, renewable, non polluting and just waiting for mankind to put it to good use. All life on this planet depends on the sun, and we know to some extent how much the plants utilize the energy of the sun to produce their own sugar food.  All living creatures have learned to harness the power of the sun for their own benefit and that of their environment. It is now time for mankind to purposely use this solar energy for its growing needs and to preserve the planet.

In this time and age, with the fuel fossils causing such environmental disasters and pollution, the oil prices fluctuating and most of humanity depending on its by-products to survive, it is imperative that a switch to clean renewable energies takes place as soon as possible.  There is a growing movement in this direction and even governments are starting to finance solar power for homes and industries.

In the cold countries, the electric bill can grow to exorbitant levels during the winter, due to the necessary heating of the home. In warm countries is the air con that brings our electric bill up. Either way, it has been proven that solar power systems for homes are an effective way to cut down our electric power bill.

Some argue that installing solar panels or CV photovoltaic panels can be very expensive. Others say that when it is cloudy the solar power for home use is not fully operative, and at night time it doesn’t work at all.  While this is true, there are ways to go around these inconveniences.

The price of solar power for the home has decreased substantially in the last couple of years, due to the increase of companies producing solar elements, including of course, the big Chinese solar industry that produces excellent solar components and sells them at more competitive prices than their counterparts in the west.

True, the sun only shines during part of the day and some days it doesn´t shine at all. This is already solved, because most solar power systems automatically connect back to the power grid when the solar power for your home is not enough. If the production of solar energy in your home exceeds the needs, it automatically flows back to the power grid and the electric company will deduct it in your favour.  It is a win-win situation.
